Really bad experience today. The fruit in waffle is just some can peach....I ordered oolong milk tea, but when I got home and tasted it, it was not my order and tastes sooo bad...work come here again

Decent place for bubble tea, ice cream and desserts. They have board games but some of them are pretty beat up with missing pieces. They have darts, video games and a pool table as well. Open pretty late.

Really cool little cafe with desert, bubble tea, ice cream, board games, pool, darts, and an Xbox. Really, what more could you ask for in a place? The minimum per person is only $3.50, and there's WiFi. The only thing is that the Xbox freezes a lot, so don't expect to be playing all that much.

I wish they had a pool table which didn't touch the wall so you can actually place from all angles. Mind you, I was there 2 yrs ago but I remember I couldn't play pool properly. They have okay game collection, good collections of drinks and desserts.

Fun place with lots of games and tasty desserts and drinks. They've board games, video games, card games, darts and pool. Yummy bubble tea. Has some yummy desserts like cheesecake and fondue.

The Big O (Oreo milkshake) was very good! The atmosphere here is very cozy, and since it is nearby a school, it is one of the top spots for kids to go if they missed a bus. They also have many games in there if you do not want to eat/drink. They also offer 80% or 50% sugar if you are on a diet. It is just as delicious!

The food here is amazing! The Belgian Waffles are oh so good!! Especially when they are combined with their amazing selection of ice cream, like black sesame seed and matcha green tea! They have a lot of fun board games you can play with as well as well! The staff is also very friendly and sweet. They were really nice to us and were very helpful and accommodating. Very good service and skills. The environment is very chill, they have comfy couches, pool tables, darts and other fun games. But the winner is the Belgian waffles with ice cream! Sooo gooood!! I would highly recommend this place to others, especially for the dessert. We came here right after visiting Sushi Town next door. Have been there twice already and will definitely be back again!! Thanks!! A+!

Staff is usually pleasant. Sometimes tables are unclean, but the bubble tea is great! I always get the Jasmine Milk Tea :)

Great place, Good drinks, very good cheese cake, especially for the Japanese style cheese cake. Taste so good. Minimum charge per person is only around $3.

Used to be a regular but we had an issue once with our food and the customer service was so bad! They were rude and refused to remake, refund or replace the item. As someone who works in the food industry, I know this is unacceptable behavior. My friends and I wont be coming back anymore.

Really good bubble tea here with comfortable seating. They also serve gelato and have fresh fruit options.

My go to Bubble Tea place in my neighborhood. Literally, the only North Burnaby Boba or teen hang out place with me and my friends. And maybe the only one in the area where I live too. :XRegardless, lovely place, the couches are extremely comfy. The ice cream I do not recommend, unless you are putting them into a drink, which is fine. They make delicious Avocado slush and Papaya and Watermelon slush for the summer. Their Jasmine and Early Grey and Bo Lei tea are perfect because they do steep the tea. You can ask them for no sugar, they can accommodate that and the staff is always friendly.They added a couple of dart machines in the back and it is a great place to just chill, study and hang out with friends. You can find me here from time to time, and especially for sure in the summer with friends.

This place has horrible customer service. Their bubble tea is also below mediocre, highly unrecommended place to spend your leisure time.

Spent about an hour and a half here for study group. Positive: It's fairly decently laid out. Chill vibe, reminded me of a pub. Negative: the bubble teas taste like milk and sugar, even though I ordered sea salt caramel. No dedicated internet.

Really chill and cheap. You can stick around to play pool or Jenga or whatever for basically as long as you want as long as you aren't too disruptive.

Good selection of drinks. You can also play boardgames there!

Good atmosphere

The bubble tea choices were good and it was tasty. Will need to come back to try the food, the waffles we saw arrive at another guest's table looked and smelled delicious. They got electronic darts and a pool table to keep you entertained too. They take credit card, so it's nice to not have to carry cash for bubble tea.

These guys never have mango or papaya (i.e. the expensive fruits). I've been there all times of the day/week. I think they stock half a papaya and two mangoes a month. Stop advertising specialty drinks at the front counter if you're not going to have them, ffs.Otherwise, the bubble tea is OK. It's hard to screw up bubble tea, and not worth driving 10 minutes for a better one.Also, they cancelled the 10% off card in exchange for some app that gets you 5% off. Nice.

Worst place ever! I accidently clicoed a button while I was paying and they "couldn't" get my money back even though there was a cancel button on the register don't ever come her.!

The Pearl's where stale as well as the ice used to blend the drink.

Lots of different choices you can choose from. It also features a lounge, or a rest area that has MN multiple TVs, pool tables and more.

The two girls that were there took about 2 minutes before they even looked up from their phone and acknowledge our presence. Once we got their attention they served us with a smile. Then casually returned to their brain draining phones.We then proceeded to pick a game from their so called collection.. I honestly can't even remember the game we picked because the game was in worse condition than a 15 year old boy's play boy that he stole from his fathers hiding spot.Needless to say, we put it away and walked out. (This is after our attempt at saying goodbye to the two girls who where too engrossed by their phones to even bother to replying.)Don't go in there.

So yummy. Little expensive, but it is actually good. And you can play board games and pool and stuff. Very cool place.

Terrible customer service from these two women. I’m a regular so I’m used to their waffles being really good (slightly crunchy on the outside, soft inside) But this time it was overdone. The waffles were rock hard and on the verge of burnt. They refused to do it over or even give me a refund. They could’ve at least offered something else to compensate but did nothing about my complaint. Will not be coming here again which is unfortunate because it used to be my favourite place to hang out at. It isn’t that hard or expensive to replace a bad product.

Nice place to play games and have some drinks. They have all you can drink bbt, but I would like to see someone enjoy drinking their money's worth without spending all day here lol

Best Cafe Ever! Great service, beautiful location and space. The bubble tea is fantastic and so is the ice cream/gelato. I've gone with my family to play board games, and with my friends to play pool late at night. I definitely recommend it to people who just want to chill with friends or have a date night.

Cool place to hang out with friends, you get gelato, waffles, bubble tea...what more could you possibly want while playing a savage game of cards against humanity ;P There is a pool table 💙💙💙 and darts and a huge selection of overplayed board games...free parking is available for those who drive there!! It's highly popular hangout spot for kids so they might be out of a few things if you get there very late.

Awful bubble teas. Tapioca balls are way too hard.
